Oakhurst Circle

This beautiful home is set on a wooded lot in the Oakhurst Circle neighborhood near UVA. The owner requested that we renovate the main house, overhaul the exterior, and build an addition containing several rentable units for UVA students.

The style of the addition is contemporary, without detracting from design of the original portion of the house. Each unit has a porch, deck, or terrace with access to the wooded view towards the back of the property, overlooking JPA.
