Urban Penthouse

This 4th floor, 2,500-square-foot penthouse suite near Ivy was a complete gut and remodel, challenging in that all construction materials had to be brought in by lifts and cranes. It was worth the effort. New exterior windows and a wrap-around balcony flood the space with natural light and provide beautiful views of the Shenandoah Mountains. A cast-in-place concrete hearth defines the living space. Three bedrooms, his & hers showers, and a contemporary kitchen set the bar for urban living.
