Community Service
A cornerstone of the company is its relationships with and dedication to loyal employees, clients and professional partners. They like to think of themselves as facilitators of aspirations. The company is deeply rooted in the Charlottesville community and beyond. The founders, along with other Virginia Builders, created the Building Goodness Foundation, a nonprofit construction organization that supports community-based initiatives in the U.S. and abroad. The organization has built homes, health clinics, vocational centers and other facilities in Virginia, Colorado, Mississippi and in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Haiti, Liberia, and Nicaragua. Alexander Nicholson remains committed to this cause. Read more about the foundation here: www.buildinggoodness.org
